Brittany Bagshawe is the Inpatient Neuro Coordinator and a practicing Physical Therapist at Swedish Covenant Hospital (SCH) in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Department. She is an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Physical Therapy and Human Movement Sciences, Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in the Electro-physical Agents Doctorate of Physical Therapy coursework. Brittany chairs the SCH Dizziness Protocol Committee, which sponsored the development of the Acute Dizziness Evidence-Based Clinical Practice Tool. She completed the internal competency process in 2016 and is currently the sole therapist independently utilizing the tool bedside. Brittany has over nine years of clinical experience primarily in an inpatient rehab setting with the neurological patient population and over eight years of experience as an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) credentialed clinical instructor. She earned her Bachelor’s in Health Science at Bradley University and Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Northwestern University. She is a Board Certified Neurologic Certified Specialist (NCS) with particular interest in vestibular rehabilitation and electrical stimulation. Brittany is a member of the Illinois Physical Therapy Association and the APTA.
