Courtney Dynes is a Managing Partner and Physical Therapist at Impact Physical Therapy in Oak Lawn. Courtney earned her Bachelors in Science from St. Mary’s College in 2006 and then went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in 2009. Courtney has primarily worked in outpatient orthopedics treating a variety of orthopedic and musculo-skeletal conditions in patients of all different ages and skill sets. Courtney helps patients achieve their goals by treating them with a hands-on approach in conjunction with functional, individualized activities. Courtney has completed certifications in manual therapy techniques which include Astym, Active Release Techniques and Trigger Point Dry Needling. Courtney continues to enrich her clinical skills and knowledge by attending courses with focus on gait analysis, return to sport protocols, the overhead athlete, cervicogenic headaches, and more. As a certified clinical instructor, Courtney has mentored and taught several student interns over the years. Courtney also assists Astym courses as a lab assistant.
